Hoping this letter finds you well and prospering.

Each year, the Oklahoma NAACP State Conference holds an annual meeting that serves as the cornerstone of our efforts to train, inform, educate and prepare our community to protect and advance civil and human rights. Each year we host a Friday night welcoming reception, and an inspirational Saturday agenda that includes informative plenary and topical breakouts, a luncheon, and a youth and college component. The theme for this year's conference is "We The People: Where Do We Fit?”

The conference will take place November 6-7, 2026 at The Oklahoma City Community College Visual Performing Arts Center, located at 7777 S. May Ave. in Oklahoma City, OK 73159.

We are excited to feature a special Justice Reform panel led by former DOC Deputy director Reginald Hines; to welcome NAACP Vice President of Governance, Compliance, and Training, Ericka Cain as this year's luncheon speaker and trainer; and to kick off our 2026 Year End Membership Drive.

We extend a cordial invitation to you to join us at this year’s annual meeting. We are also seeking support from individuals and businesses that are committed to and want to register their support for equality and social justice. By supporting our annual meeting, you will demonstrate your dedication to the principles of fairness and inclusivity and also gain valuable exposure to a diverse audience of community leaders, activists and supporters. Your support and contributions will enable us to continue our vital work in areas such as civic engagement, voter empowerment, education, economic justice, and justice reform.

There are several ways to support our efforts:

Dear NAACP Supporter:

The Oklahoma NAACP State Conference cordially invites you to our 113th Annual Meeting taking place November 6 & 7, 2026. This year's theme is "We The People: Where Do We Fit?”

Meeting highlights will include a Justice Reform Panel presentation, a special series entitled “NAACP 101,” to be presented by NAACP Vice President of Governance Compliance and Training Ericka Cain; youth and college division sessions, and an afternoon of plenary sessions designed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the NAACP– from member recruitment and chapter/unit organizing, to member activism and advocacy. The Youth and College Division will host a separate set of plenaries on the same topics that will allow them to determine the direction and issues that matter most to them on Saturday, November 7, 2026.

Our annual training meeting provides resources to help organize and re-establish more local branches and youth and college units statewide.
